PROJECT

Legacy 49 is comprised of 9 beautiful private and gated communities, a multi-use trail system, fitness trails and a vibrant Town Square. The Town Square will feature an array of commercial uses embodying mountain modern architecture. The community is adjacent to the Dayton Valley Golf Course and Country Club, an Arnold Palmer designed championship 18-hole course.

Our open space, engineered channels and basins are constructed to reduce flooding in the area.

The project has creatively integrated a landscaped topography of the stormwater facilities to create unique bike and running trails throughout the community.
